These terms apply when you use SameSide. By using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use SameSide

You must be at least 18 years old. Use your own account and only an Instagram export that you are allowed to provide.

2. What SameSide does

SameSide creates automated profiles and match suggestions from the information you provide. These results may be incomplete or wrong, and SameSide does not guarantee a match.

3. Your information

You allow SameSide to store and process the information you provide so the app can work as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Rules

Do not upload someone else's export, impersonate someone, harass users, upload malware, interfere with the app, or use SameSide for illegal or deceptive activity.

5. Dates and events

SameSide does not verify or guarantee another user's identity, conduct, compatibility, or safety. Use your own judgment, protect personal information, meet in public, and follow venue and event rules.

6. Third-party services

SameSide depends on third-party services for sign-in, hosting, storage, media retrieval, automated processing, email, and optional calendar invitations. SameSide is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
